Lil Billy…This chap is quite a character, as you might be able to tell from his name. He is not our “normal” white mate, that’s for sure. He’s a simple little farm city man from the MidWest who came out to California with “an ache in his heart” for some big country dreams…and these dreams seem to contain the things BlacksOnBoys scenes are made out of!
